Wipers must be functional and able to clear the windshield effectively for safe driving in the rain.
7. Rear-View Mirror

At least one properly fitted mirror that clearly reflects a view of the highway at a distance of 60 metres from the rear.
8. Vehicle Body

The general body of the car must be in good condition, with no sharp edges, loose parts, or structural damage.
9. Engine

The engine must be in proper working condition, without leaks, excessive smoke, or mechanical faults that could endanger safety.
10. Tyres

All tyres must be in safe condition, with a minimum tread depth of 2/32 of an inch to provide proper grip and handling.
